Collaborating for the Advancement of Interdisciplinary Research in Benign Urology
Funding to collect longitudinal data from SB specialty clinics to describe key outcomes and/or identify healthcare and clinic practices that are associated with the best outcomes for individuals living with SB. [Opt. LOI deadline: 9/26/26. App deadline: 10/26/26.]
$150K / y for 3y ($450K total) for independent investigators at the assistant professor level studying biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, immunology, neuroscience, pharmacology, and related areas in chemistry, medicine, and the biological sciences. For efforts to disseminate resources for integration into neuroscience research practice. The resource(s) should be relevant to the goals of the BRAIN Initiative, shared broadly to the neuroscience community and address compelling needs of neuroscience researchers that are otherwise unavailable or impractical in their current form. Supports early-career investigators engaged in basic or clinical research that may lead to a better understanding of neurological and psychiatric disorders. Priority is given to candidates who may not have received substantial funding from other private awards yet have highly promising scientific careers. [Annual deadline: 2/1.]
