The 2025 CAIRIBU meeting is scheduled for Wednesday-Friday, December 3-5 on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus in Madison, WI. Any and all investigators and trainees engaged in any form of non-malignant urology research are encouraged to participate in the meeting. The abstract submission deadline is Monday, October 13, 2025. Meeting registration is OPEN. Travel awards for trainees with demonstrated financial need may be available. Contact the CAIRIBU Interactions Core (CAIRIBU@urology.wisc.edu) for any other details; we will provide you with the latest information as it becomes available.
CAIRIBU meeting poster boards this year are 48 x 48 inches in size (121 x 121 cm). Therefore, to fit on the board, your poster must be smaller than this. CAIRIBU Interactions Core staff created a couple of optional poster templates you may use to ensure appropriate sizing.
