(9 AM Eastern) “Conceptualizing a pipeline from single cell data to predictive mathematical modeling.” The NorthShore University HealthSystem P20 Developmental Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Benign Urology has organized a symposium on March 4, 2020 in Evanston, IL, at the the NorthShore University HealthSystem Research Institute. Speakers from NorthShore University HealthSystem, University of Texas Southwestern, Purdue University, the University of Chicago, and the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL will address the following topics:

• Cellular atlas of normal and diseased prostate
• Deciphering heterogeniety within the prostate using scRNA-seq
• Immune cell interactions in benign prostatic hyperplasia
• How to pre-process single cell RNA-seq UMI data
• Bayesian graphical models with application to cancer genomics
