The Angelo Lab at Stanford University will be hosting a MIBI Workshop from Tuesday, August 30th – Thursday, September 1st, 2022 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific (11-3 PM Eastern | 10-2 PM Central). This will be a hybrid event, taking place in-person at Stanford University and online.
This workshop will walk participants through multiplexed tissue imaging with MIBI from panel selection to data analysis. Learn how to set up, process, and analyze your MIBI spatial proteomic analysis experiments, featuring hands-on lab, Q&A, and computational office hours all 3 days from 1:00-2:00 PM Pacific (4-5 PM Eastern | 3-4 PM Central).
