ARCTICS (Advancing the Research Capacity of Trainees and Investigators at early-Career Stages) forums aim to provide resources and skills to the next generation of leaders in non-malignant genitourinary research.
This session will feature interactive group learning activities tailored to different skill levels, with breakout rooms for beginners and more advanced participants. Dr. Kuusisto will walk through a brief overview of the entire data science life cycle with an example clinical dataset. In real Python code, he will go over data loading, exploratory data analysis, data cleaning and processing, model building and evaluation, and visualization.
