Basic Research in Neurobiology Research Grants – Whitehall Foundation

The Whitehall Foundation seeks to fund basic research in vertebrate (excluding clinical) and invertebrate neurobiology in the United States. Investigations should specifically concern neural mechanisms involved in sensory, motor, and other complex functions of the whole organism as these relate to behavior with an overall goal to better understand behavioral output or brain mechanisms of behavior. Research grants of up to three years will be provided with two-year renewals competitively awarded. [Letters of intent due 01/15/2026. Full applications due 06/01/2026.]
