AUA Data Research Program

Supports clinical and workforce research projects using data from AUA Data Repository, to address key knowledge gaps and emerging research questions related to urological care, workforce development and health policy.

Participants will use real-world clinical data from AUA Quality (AQUA) Registry and/or population-representative AUA Annual Census data to conduct clinical and/or workforce studies. Participants will receive data access, full statistical analysis support for their research project, and a $2,000 stipend for dissemination costs.

The 2027 Data Research Program cycle includes a special opportunity for investigators to propose new questions for select populations in the upcoming AUA Annual Census. This cycle expands the traditional use of historical Census data by allowing approved applicants to contribute directly to the 2027 Census survey.
