The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to provide support for established investigators who have the expertise and leadership skills to enhance aging and/or Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) and AD-Related Dementias (ADRD) research capacity within their academic institution. Through this award, investigators will endeavor to develop research and educational infrastructure, mentorship, and career development activities in support of new or emerging areas of aging and/or AD/ADRD research. These may include, but are not limited to, courses, curricula, research support, pilot funding, travel awards, visiting scholars, or networks.
