Catherine Nam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology at University of Michigan. She graduated from Emory School of Medicine and completed her urology residency at University of Michigan. She subsequently completed an andrology fellowship at Northwestern. Her primary research interest is to better understand factors contributing to worsening urologic workforce shortage and to improve access to care for patients with male infertility and erectile dysfunction by understanding the current urologic workforce landscape, characterize issues with recruitment and retention, and identify areas of advocacy for health policy change on an institutional, state, and federal level. She is also pursuing a Master’s Degree in Health and Health Care Research at University of Michigan.
