The CAIRIBU Interactions Core is working with various CAIRIBU Community leaders to develop research interest groups around specific topics in urology research. The Uro-Aging Research Interest Group (UroAging RIG) will connect uro-aging interested CAIRIBU and non-CAIRIBU investigators from a variety of fields such as urology, urogynecology, geroscience, neurology, neuro-urology, urobiome, nutrition, toxicology, and bioinformatics. As a way to kick-start this group, we will schedule monthly knowledge exchanges as a way to get to know each other, discuss recent research, develop collaborations, and strategize on ways to advance uro-aging research. We meet virtually every fourth Monday. ALL are welcome.  Join us on Monday, September 22 at 3:00 PM ET (2 PM CT | 12 PM PT) to hear from Indira Mysorekar, PhD (Baylor College of Medicine) and Scott Bauer, MD, MS (University of California San Francisco) who will kick off this series by reviewing the field of uro-aging research and stimulating discussion on a collaborative, interdisciplinary research agenda.
