Biological Technologies Broad Agency Announcement
Soliciting proposals that leverage biological properties and processes to revolutionize our ability to protect the nation’s warfighters. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice. Up to $2m for Procurement Contracts, Cooperative Agreements, or Other Transaction Agreements. Relevant topics include: machine learning/AI, human performance, and biomedical or biodefense. Submit abstract (2 pgs describing Goals and Impact, Technical Approach, and Capabilities/Management Plan) to be invited for to submit proposal.
